This one feature would save me countless hours of routing stops one by one.
As it is now, importing from Excel will insert a new push pin in the location on the map that Microsoft Streets & Trips believes the location to be. The thing is, while I'm out in the field, when I discover that the pushpin location is actually down the street a few hundred yards, I will relocate the push pin to the exact location, based on my GPS. But the next time you import again from Excel, the same address, it will place a brand new pushpin back to the original placement which is wrong, instead of where you moved the pushpin to. Now you have two pushpins on the same street with the same address. I wish that MSST would route and seek existing pushpins first, before placing the pushpin where it thinks it should be. |
